From French Gougères and Chive Crêpes topped with Crème Fraiche and Smoked Salmon to Salmon Tartare on Potato Rösti, you'll learn to craft elegant bites that impress. The menu also features Ricotta Fritters with a savory tomato sauce, Wild Mushroom Tarts, Duck Pancakes with Hoisin, Beef Tartare on Crostini with Fried Quail's Eggs, Feta Stuffed Meatballs with Tzatziki, and Deep Fried Camembert with Fruit Preserves.
