Kolach Demo Workshop with Joyce Howell-Sirski

This one-afternoon class is designed to help you create a beautiful kolach.
Using varenyky dough, mini samples will be created in variations possible for the finished kolach. Discussion and demonstration on making the actual yeast dough are included.
Come with a cookie sheet or two to be used for placing your samples to take home!
