In this workshop, you will learn how to make the signature Christmas dish, kutia, from scratch.
From boiling the wheat to grinding poppy seeds, you will learn tips and tricks on how to make kutia as it is made in Ukraine. Oleksandra Kilyar will demonstrate and explain the different components that are traditionally mixed in the kutia.
