Join our hands-on VEGAN desserts baking class, perfect for aspiring bakers and dessert lovers. With a small group of up to 7 participants, you'll enjoy personalized attention as you discover the art of making VEGAN macarons ( no eggs, no dairy) and a VEGAN OPERA cake ( delicious hazelnut-chocolate-coffee cake, without eggs or dairy!).

Either you chose to avoid dairy and eggs or have allergy, these desserts will truly inspire you and show that vegan macarons and cakes can be as delicious!

Under expert guidance of chef Darya, you'll bake macarons from scratch, create ganache, assemble and decorate; bake vegan cake ( sponge, soaking and cream)- assemble and decorate it.

Each class features a delightful coffee break with indulgent desserts, offering the perfect opportunity to chat with Chef Darya and ask any baking questions you may have.

At the end of the session, take home a box of your beautifully crafted macarons to share (or savor yourself!) as well as an Opera cake and a printed recipe book from chef Darya.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is a delightful way to learn, create and indulge in the world of vegan pastries and have a great time!
