Participants learn how to marinate, season, and prepare this beloved dish from start to finish, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. From building the base of the sauce to achieving the perfect balance of spices, this session offers a delicious and approachable introduction to a classic recipe.

Participants work directly with the culinary team while gaining practical skills and enjoying an engaging, interactive experience. This workshop is designed for adults and teens who enjoy cooking, flavor exploration, and cultural cuisine. A disposable chef hat is included.
