Being in lockdown pivoted our idea, and we worked on deliveries only. But a year later, we joined Bountiful Farmers Market, where we became very popular and gained a very good custom base. It appeared that beautifully looking pastries, in combination with being delicious, are what Edmontonians are looking for. In 2021, we built our AHS-approved commercial kitchen and started supplying cafes in Edmonton. Our very first one was and still is Felice café. In 2022, I started creating something that would distinguish us from the rest. It took us about a year to create our perfect macaron collection.
