Learn to make a stunning Croquembouche! Create choux pastry, master pastry cream, and build a caramel-covered profiterole tower with expert

A visually stunning French pastry masterpiece; a pyramid of golden, crispy choux puffs filled with cream, and held together with caramel. 

Learn how to create this shop-stopping dessert from not one, but two of L’OCA’s renowned pastry chefs! 

In Croquembouche: A Profiterole Tower, you’ll learn how to: 
- Create and bake your very own choux pastry 
- Master pastry cream technique 
- Build your very own profiterole tower comprised of delicious caramel covered creampuffs  


When construction is completed, you’ll take home this edible creation that will not only WOW your friends and family but will taste absolutely delicious!   

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating. 
Class may run a few minutes over or under the estimated time. 

 Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.  
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment. 

Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
