Welcome to The Sourdough Lady's Beginners Workshop! Join us for a fun and interactive session where you'll learn the art of making delicious sourdough bread from scratch. This in-person event will take place at THE RESTAURANT in the Red Brick Common, a cozy and welcoming venue perfect for getting your hands dirty with flour and dough. Whether you're a complete novice or just looking to brush up on your skills, this workshop is perfect for anyone eager to master the basics of sourdough baking. Don't miss this opportunity to knead, shape, and bake your way to homemade bread perfection!
In this class you will receive everything you need to make your own sourdough!
• A jar of Doughlene (Sourdough Starter)
• Wooden Bread Banneton
• Danish Whisk
• Bread Lame
• Dough Scraper
• Ingredients to make sourdough
• Apron
• Complete sourdough guide
You will take home one sourdough you bake in class, all the sourdough supplies you received and another sourdough to bake at home!
