You've heard of red borshch but have you ever heard of green borshch? What about borshch that is only made for Christmas Eve?
Green borsh is traditionally made in the spring with either fresh beet leaves or sorrel. Christmas Eve Borshch comes from the Lemko region of Ukraine, high in the Carpathian Mountains, and is served as one of the main dishes. Join Oleksandra Kilyar and learn how to make and take home these two unique borshchs!
Participants are encouraged to bring containers and aprons.
