Over the years at Duchess we’ve had many people ask us for classes. Duchess Atelier arose directly out of that demand and our own core mandate of encouraging and fostering the tradition of baking. The classes are focused in their scope and are designed to give you the maximum amount of hands on experience to master specific techniques. We look forward to welcoming you into our kitchen!
