The Croquembouche, a classic French wedding cake. A tower of perfectly shaped cream puffs, filled with your favourite filling and dipped in caramel.

This masterpiece is sure to impress at your next gathering. In this advanced class, we will walk you through all the tips and tricks to building your own croquembouche.

*This class involves dipping each cream puff into hot sugar. While every precaution will be made to prevent burns, please note that they can happen.

*Previous knowledge of working with pâte à choux is recommended.
