Step into a guided exploration of sushi making, where technique is approached with intention and care. Led by our culinary team, this hands-on session introduces the fundamentals of rice preparation, ingredient selection, and rolling, inviting participants to slow down and engage with the craft behind this celebrated cuisine. As each element comes together, guests gain an appreciation for the balance, precision, and thoughtful movement that define the art of sushi.

Participants work alongside the chef team in an interactive setting designed for both discovery and enjoyment. Ideal for adults and teens who enjoy cooking, exploring flavours, and experiencing diverse cuisine. All tools and ingredients are provided, along with a disposable chef's hat.
