Welcome to Yuwa's Studio!


Learn the art of sushi from the talented chefs at Izakaya TOMO!
This fun, hands-on class will take you behind the scenes of Japanese sushi-making — from cooking and seasoning the perfect rice to rolling your own maki and shaping beautiful nigiri.

🍶 What You'll Learn

You'll start by discovering how to prepare authentic sushi rice, mix your own sushi vinegar, and balance flavor and texture like a true sushi chef.
Then, you'll get hands-on practice making:

  • Pressed sushi (Oshi sushi)
  • Salmon maki (Hoso maki)
  • Salmon and Shrimp Nigiri

Watch an impressive live demo as our chef breaks down a whole Atlantic salmon and transforms it into fresh sushi toppings right before your eyes!

🎉 What to Expect

After creating your sushi masterpieces, we'll take a fun group photo to remember the moment — then it's time to taste and enjoy what you've made!
You can order any drinks from Izakaya TOMO's full menu, including Japanese beer, sake, or cocktails. You're also welcome to bring your own beverages if you like.

👩‍🍳 Who Can Join

No experience? No problem!
This class is perfect for beginners, food lovers, and anyone who wants to try something new.
Children are welcome with a helping parent or guardian (regular class fee applies).
Come in comfortable clothing — aprons are provided, and everything you need for sushi-making is included. Just bring your curiosity and appetite!
