The Art of Pairing: Wine & Charcuterie” is a fun, interactive tasting event designed for both wine enthusiasts and those eager to learn more about the exciting world of food and wine pairing.
Led by L’OCA’s sommelier, this intimate tasting experience explores the art of pairing through a selection of four exceptional wines, each thoughtfully paired with a delectable assortment of cheeses and charcuterie.
Through each guided tasting, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how wine and food interact, and enhance each other.
During this tasting, you will explore a curated selection of four exceptional wines, including the aromatic Nestor Fileri, the balanced Red Stone Chardonnay, and the bold Ganadero Garnacha Barrel Burner.
You'll discover how these wines pair with a selection of artisanal cheeses and meats, such as the pungent Epoisses Chalancey, the Merlot-soaked Tipsy, the complex Vintage Cheddar 24 Month, and the exquisite Culatello di Zibello DOP.

A welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.
Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
