Explore the art of artisanal pizza-making using premium ingredients like San Marzano Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Sopresatta, Coppa, Sautéed Mushrooms, and Fresh Basil. Under Chef Zach's expert guidance, each participant will learn how to create their own batch of pizza dough using Zach's signature levain. While our dough rises, indulge in a savoury starter inspired by Zach's popular appetizer at Tryst Wine Bar: Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Irving's Bacon and Aged Cheddar Crisp.
