Under Mai's guidance, you'll uncover the secrets to crafting your own soft and fluffy Pita Breads, ideal for encasing our homemade Donair Meat—a savoury blend of pork and beef, enhanced by the signature Halifax-style sweet sauce. Additionally, you'll learn Mai's special recipe for Chicken Souvlaki, elegantly wrapped in Pita Bread and paired with a tantalizingly fresh Tzatziki Sauce.
