Discover The Art of Fish Cookery through a guided culinary masterclass focused on precision, technique, and thoughtful execution. Led by our culinary team, each session highlights a distinct fish, combining live demonstration with hands-on participation.
Participants will develop essential skills in handling, preparation, and cooking, while building a complete dish with balanced accompaniments and sauce components. Each class is designed to highlight the natural qualities of the ingredient while reinforcing confidence and control in execution.
Skuna Bay Salmon: Guests begin by observing the chef team break down and prepare a whole salmon filet, including skin removal and portioning techniques. Participants will then work with their own portion to explore cooking methods, finished with a complementary sauce and thoughtfully prepared accompaniments.
