Join Volunteer Leduc and the Volunteer Management Institute for a series of workshops on how to effectively manage volunteers.

Join us for a Volunteer Management series!

Many organizations could not function without the generous contribution of their dedicated volunteers. Effective management of volunteers is a crucial element for the success of non-profit organizations. Participants who complete the certificate program will be provided with the knowledge, tools and networking opportunities to align their work with the strategic mission and values of their agency. This in turn strengthens your organizations capacity!

January 24 – Volunteer Management Essentials
February 28 – Policies & Procedures for Volunteer Managers
March 21 – Leadership & Management for Volunteer Managers
April 25 – Volunteer Recognition & Retention
May 9 – Orientation, Training & Supervision of Volunteers

Important:

Please note: tickets for those who are NOT affiliated with a local non-profit will become available 2 weeks prior to each session. If you are not a part of a local non-profit please reach out to us at volunteer@leduc.ca to be notified when any remaining seats become available.
