As a former seafood buyer in Japan's fish markets, Chef Hiro possesses a keen eye for fresh, high-quality ingredients.

With over two decades of experience, Hiro honed his skills at one of Vancouver's most renowned sushi restaurants before joining us at L'OCA Quality Market.
