Dive into the technical world of non-alcoholic amari with international award-winning bartender Calliope Draper.

Amaromania! A night of conversation, infusion, education, and tasting around the world of non-alcoholic Amari. Award-winning bartender, Calliope Draper will guide you through a taste of the world of non-alcoholic amari, teach you how to make your own non-alcoholic artichoke amaro, and explore the ways you can use these amaris in your cocktails at home.

The tasting will include Pathfinder Hemp and Root Amaro, Noa Red Bitter, and a host of in-house made amari from SPILT's own Andrew Paul. This class will involve hands on crafting of an amaro, and attendees will leave the class with a full recipe to make their own non-alcoholic artichoke amaro at home.

Throughout this class your host, Calliope Draper, will be giving tips and tricks on tasting, infusing, and the techniques of drink making.

This class will dive deep into the technical world of mocktails and cocktails and is suggested for participants with an intermediate familiarity with mocktails.
