Learn the techniques and recipes used to make rich, buttery, and flaky Croissants and Danishes.

In this workshop, we will be making delicious, buttery treats and getting you comfortable with the whole process of making croissants and danishes so that you can adapt the recipes and flavours in your own kitchen. You will have the option of baking everything off on the Sunday (Feb.4), or you can freeze some of the products and pull them out to bake fresh for a special brunch later in the month.
