Critical Mass rides started in San Francisco in 1992 and have spread around the world - including Edmonton. Why?
To mark World Car Free Day (September 22nd) and to get people hyped about Critical Mass on Friday, September 25th, we will be screening a documentary about Critical Mass from 1999 (yeah, last century).
What is the history and the concept of holding critical masses around the world? Why do people ride bicycles?
Come and share this bit of history with fellow cyclists and non-cyclists.
The cafe will be open until the start of the documentary (6pm) for beverages, treats, and food.
