Learn how to make some of our favourite ingredients, then learn how to use them in drinks!

Ever wondered how we create some of the signature ingredients that find their way into Spilt's drinks?

Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring two versatile techniques for building flavour: cold-process syrups and vinegar shrubs. Together, we'll make an apple, rose & hibiscus cold-process syrup, learn the fundamentals of crafting a balanced shrub, and discuss how these ingredients can be used to add depth, acidity, and complexity to drinks.

You'll also learn to make two non-alcoholic cocktails—one featuring each preparation—and gain the confidence to experiment with these techniques in your own kitchen.

Whether you're a curious home bartender, a food enthusiast, or simply looking for a creative evening out, this class offers a practical introduction to some of our favourite flavour-building methods.

Your ticket includes:
• Instruction and recipes
• All ingredients and supplies
• Two drinks made during class
• A take-home jar of shrub
