Great improv often looks more like great acting than great joke-telling.

With Jamie Cavanaugh.

Great improv often looks more like great acting than great joke-telling. This workshop focuses on commitment, emotional investment, and making meaningful choices that raise the stakes of a scene. Participants will explore how to fully buy into their characters, strengthen relationships, and create scenes that audiences genuinely care about. Through exercises and scene work, performers will learn how acting principles can make their improv more engaging, grounded, and memorable.
