Sean Pinchin

Singer/songwriter/slide guitarist Sean Pinchin has been a steady presence on the festival circuit for nearly two decades. Since his first performance in 2005 opening for Sawyer Brown in a Gretchen Wilson tribute band, he has been on the road, performing all through North America. Often described as a one-man-band, his solo acoustic performances and his connection to Delta Blues and folk guitar create beautiful landscapes for his stories. His shows are deeply connective and warm, yet his gruff vocal style truly complements his authority on the guitar. Sean received a Maple Blues Nomination for Best New Artist in 2014, released JUNO-nominated Monkey Brain in 2016, was recognized by the Toronto Blues Society as a semi-finalist for the Road to Memphis Challenge in 2019 and recorded guitar for the Lily Pad Bop by Splash'N Boots featuring Jill Barber in 2020, which won the JUNO Award for Best Children's Album.

Mariachi Loco

Mariachi Loco is a vibrant mariachi ensemble delivering authentic Mexican music, rich harmonies and electrifying rhythms to stages across Alberta and BC. They have appeared at major events including K-Days, Grande Prairie Night Festival, the World Rugby HSBC Seven Series, Jasper Spring Festival, the Banff Fairmont Day of the Dead and Deep Freeze. Proud to celebrate their heritage, the ensemble collaborates with professional choreographer and dancer Alicia Ortega to bring traditional Mexican dances to life, creating powerful, joyful performances that connect audiences through culture and tradition. The ensemble features a rich and traditional instrumentation, including the powerful guitarrón (Mexican bass), vihuela, guitar, requinto jarocho, accordion and violin. Together, these instruments create the signature mariachi sound—deep rhythmic foundations, intricate melodic lines and vibrant harmonies that bring the spirit of Mexico to every stage.

Bring your own chair or seat. Grab a spot as early as 6:30 p.m.; all shows start at 7 p.m. All ages welcome. Events are free to attend and tickets are not required.
