We are excited to host the launch of The Polyglot's 17th Issue: ᜑᜒᜎᜓᜋ᜔ (HILOM), co-edited by Candice Joy Oliva and April Angeles. In collaboration with the Philippine Edmonton Events and Arts Society (PHIDEAS), this special edition explores collective intercultural expressions of Grief, Gratitude, and Glory.

This gathering will feature artists from this latest issue, as they share poetry, prose, and art that transform solitary grief into shared celebrations of life and community.

This event is part of Edmonton Poetry Festival and reflects The Polyglot's ongoing commitment to creating community spaces where languages, cultures, and creative practices intersect in meaningful and transformative ways.

Magsama tayo sa paghilom. Let us come together in healing and restoration.
