The power of words can help us find peace and meaning on our journeys to becoming the people we wish to be. Join creativity-for-wellbeing advocate and Edmonton Public Library Writer-in-Residence Alexis Marie Chute in this guided time of writing and reflection.

Learn about and write your own poetic affirmations set to ambient music as a tool for self-healing, wellbeing and personal empowerment. Bring paper and a pen and a willingness to be vulnerable in this safe creative setting.

You can find this event in the Civic Employees Fund Room 1 of the Edmonton Public Library (Stanley Milner Library). There are limited seats, so be quick to snag your spot!
