What does it mean to be a man? It's a question explored in Louis Theroux's latest documentary, Inside the Manosphere.

Thoughtful Tuesday is a free weekly series of screenings being held at Earth's Refillery Coop and Cafe. They are meant to raise community knowledge, inspire action, and discussion.

There seems to be a LOT of discussion regarding this documentary so we have decided to screen it at the cafe and facilitate a good discussion around it.

"What does it mean to be a man?

It's a question explored in Louis Theroux's latest documentary, Inside the Manosphere.

Netflix calls it a "no-holds barred" investigation into "a growing ultra-masculine network" - and it's been sparking discussions since its release earlier this week.

Theroux spoke to some of the space's most prominent figures - including UK streamer Harrison Sullivan, aka HS TikkyTokky, who is seen arguing with Theroux over claims he promotes misogynist views.

Some have called the documentary a "shocking" insight into the world of these influencers but others have accused it of failing to shed new light on the phenomenon." )https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cy57z4v2z97o)

The format is that people are invited to attend these free screenings, which will start at 7.00pm. Doors will open at 6:15pm so people can order a beverage or food from the cafe.

After the screening, we will discuss what we watched, how it affected you, and what might you do with the information and emotions you gained about this subject.
