March Selection: Bad Cree by Jessica Johns

Interested in exploring a new genre or meeting other readers with similar interests? This book club is for you. Each session will focus on a new genre. This season we are exploring horror with Jessica Johns’ Bad Cree.

A young Cree woman is tormented by vivid dreams from before her sister's untimely death and wakes up with a severed crow's head in her hands before returning to her rural hometown in Alberta seeking answers.

Meetings take place seasonally at the Downtown Library. Register to reserve your spot in the meeting.

Book club kit copies are available for participants about a month before the book club meets. Visit the Adult Information Desk on the 2nd floor to get your copy. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
