With traditional media dwindling, more people are looking to blogs and social media to understand their communities.

Whether it's the best sandwich in town, what's up at city hall, or what to do this weekend, writing blogs and social media can sharpen your skills while bringing people together and telling the story of where you live. This workshop will give you the tricks of the trade from working bloggers.

The library is pleased to welcome David Berry as our 2026 Writer in Residence! David will be with us from January through June, sharing his expertise through group programs and one-on-one consultations.
