A powerful, intentional space to explore what it really means to carry responsibility, expectation, pressure and still lead from within.
This Black History Month, the TRIF Park and Walk Program invites 40 men into a powerful, intentional space to explore what it really means to carry responsibility, expectation, pressure—and still lead from within.
Carrying It All is a conversation about mental health, emotional resilience, identity, and internal leadership—rooted in Black history, lived experience, and the realities of men today.
This is not therapy.
This is not a lecture.
It’s honest dialogue, practical tools, and brotherhood.
🗣️ Panel Discussions – real conversations on mental health, strength, and leadership
🛠️ Interactive Workshops – practical strategies for emotional regulation, clarity, and growth
🎶 Music & Culture – grounding the experience in Black heritage
🍽️ Food & Refreshments – community built around the table
🤝 Connection – a room where men don’t have to perform, just show up
- Black men and immigrant men navigating pressure, purpose, and responsibility
- Fathers, professionals, leaders, and men in transition
- Men who are “strong for everyone else” and need space to reflect and recharge
- Men ready to lead themselves better, not just others
This gathering honours Black history by addressing a present-day truth:
strong men still need space to be human.
