Build Her Up is a free conference for established tradeswomen to be inspired, grow, and take the next steps in their careers in the skilled trades. Brought to you by NAIT and in partnership with the Governments of Canada and Alberta.

Join a community of women and gender-diverse skilled trades professionals for a day of inspiration, growth, and professional development in the industry. Discover the tools that can help pave the way for a successful career in the skilled trades through networking, intimate breakout sessions, a keynote presenter and panel discussion.

Designed for established tradeswomen, Build Her Up is open to everyone who works in the skilled trades or aspires to do so in the future.
