Join our grants team for an informal drop‑in session where you can:

  • ✔ Explore your ideas and get personalized feedback 
  • ✔ Enjoy coffee and snacks (in-person) 
  • ✔ Find out what matters most in the application review 
  • ✔ Connect with others and learn from peers 

Whether you’re just starting or refining your proposal, these sessions are designed to be supportive and accessible.

Before attending: We recommend reviewing our Community Grants Guidelines and watching a brief recording that offers insider tips and key considerations. These resources will be emailed to you closer to your session date and will also be available on our Community Grants webpage by the end of January.

In-Person Sessions: Edmonton Community Foundation - 9910 103 St NW, Edmonton
**Please note that our street resembles an alleyway and is called Slatter Way. Our parking lot is tandem style and space limited. Please use the north side of the lot. 

Virtual Sessions: Web links to join the Zoom meeting will be emailed to registrants closer to the session dates.
