This November 2026, Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House proudly celebrates 50 years — a milestone few independent hospitality brands ever reach. For five decades, Sawmill has been a cornerstone of Northern Alberta's dining scene: a place where anniversaries are toasted, deals are signed, families gather, and memories are carved as carefully as our prime rib.

The schedule for 50th Anniversary Gala is as follows:
5:00pm – Doors Open
– Enjoy a complimentary welcome glass of bubbly
– Cast your vote from the short list of nominations made during ticket purchase
– Live entertainment by Jeff Hendricks
6pm – Food Stations Open
– Elegant passed hors d'oeuvres
– Chef-attended carving station including beef tenderloin and sautéed shrimp/scallop stations
7:00pm – Presentation
– Welcome toast
– View condensed sizzle reel of our 50-year storyline documentary
– Check presentation
– Dance the night away!

The evening will culminate in a live check presentation to the charitable cause selected by majority vote of those in attendance.
Tickets are $99 per guest, with 100% of proceeds donated to the winning local charity. During ticket purchase, guests will nominate the causes closest to their hearts — empowering our community to decide where the impact is made.
With your support, we have the potential to raise a combined total of $100,000 in support of four deserving non-profits across the communities we proudly serve.
