Networking event and report launch hosted by the Consulate General of Ireland and Edmonton Chamber of Commerce

Join the Consulate General of Ireland, Vancouver and Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, as we host a networking event celebrating the launch of Beyond Barriers: Deepening Canada-Ireland Trade and Investment. This comprehensive new economic report, undertaken by the Conference Board of Canada, and commissioned by Team Ireland in Canada, tells a remarkable story of mutually beneficial two-way trade which identifies considerable opportunities for growth.

Ireland is now the 10th largest investor in Canada, with inward investment flows of over $14 billion. Eight of the top ten Canadian companies, four of the top six Canadian banks, and four of the five leading Canadian software firms now have bases in Ireland and tariff-free access to the single market of the European Union.

Our guest speakers for this exciting launch are Ambassador of Ireland to Canada, His Excellency John Concannon, and special guests.
