Join David for practical advice to writers on ways to get paid for writing, including tips on applying for grants and crafting pitches.

This session will also include tips on managing finances and considering careers in ways that allow for writing, whether or not the writing itself makes money.

This event takes place over Zoom.

The library is pleased to welcome David Berry as our 2026 Writer in Residence! David will be with us from January through June, sharing his expertise through group programs and one-on-one consultations.
