If you or someone you love has received a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s, please join us for an intimate fireside conversation. We’ve gathered a group of top industry experts for an insightful panel discussion about the Alzheimer Journey, with a focus on care and housing options.
Guests will enjoy the opportunity to ask lots of questions; light refreshments will be served; and tours of Chartwell Wescott’s unique Memory Living Community will follow for those who are interested.
