Drop in and visit the Town of Stony Plain's Community Connector to get connected with resources that are available in the Tri-Region.

They will be here in the library every Wednesday and Thursday to provide support with resource information, referrals, and form assistance. They can also offer more intensive wrap-around supports through Community and Society Development if needed.
