Learn to make a light and airy White Wine & Sage Focaccia from Liguria in Italy and Fougasse, a leavened French flatbread from Provence flavoured with herbs, olives, or anchovies. Then enjoy making Kathryn’s heartwarming Minestrone alla Genovese, a vegetable and pasta soup finished with a dollop of pesto. The class ends with a late lunch where you’ll savour your breads and soup together — the perfect winter comfort. Suitable for vegetarians.
