Explore the reality of hearing loss, recognize unrealistic expectations of hearing aids, develop an understanding of how to reconnect with loved ones, including hearing loop systems and learn to laugh at the foibles of hearing loss.
Presented by Cindy Gordon, the Program Director of The Canadian Hard of Hearing Association-Edmonton Branch. Cindy has been a Rehabilitation Practitioner for 40+ years. Cindy has been profoundly hard of hearing since youth and presently wears cochlear implants.
