Join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you'll learn all the tips and tricks to take your charcuterie board game to the next level!

Anyone can place cheese and meats on a tray, but what makes a charcuterie board 'A Charcuterie Board' is the thought and detail behind every pairing.

In Elevate Your Charcuterie Board, you’ll learn how to go beyond basic arranging and decoration by mastering the art of flavour contrasts and combinations.

From prosciutto with cantaloupe to brie with fig jam, you’ll discover timeless pairings and the principles that make them work so well, helping you create charcuterie boards that are not only visually stunning but also unforgettable to eat.

By the end of Elevate Your Charcuterie Board, you’ll be able to:

  • Select cheeses, meats, and accompaniments with clear intention.
  • Taste and recognise classic combinations (prosciutto & cantaloupe, brie & fig jam, blue cheese & honey, aged cheddar & apple, salami & pickles, and more).
  • Apply the rules of flavour balance (salty & sweet, creamy & crunchy, rich & bright).
  • Use plating and styling tips that showcase pairings naturally.
  • Leave with the confidence to create charcuterie boards for any occasion.
