For technology to have a real-world impact, it is critical to understand the various factors that affect technology's integration into existing processes.

This AGE-WELL webinar will focus on important considerations around the five phases of technology implementation in long-term care settings and senior living residences. We will dive into the importance of needs and readiness assessments, choosing appropriate integration strategies, implementation quality monitoring, and engaging stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

By attending this webinar, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of the five key implementation phases
  • Explore the critical factors that drive successful implementation
  • Build a strong foundation in implementation and sustainability planning
