Friendship is messy, beautiful, and life-changing—let's talk about how to build, keep, and navigate the relationships that shape us.

Friendships shape our lives in ways we rarely stop to think about. They influence our well-being, our confidence, and how we navigate change. They help us feel seen, supported, and connected—but they can also be a source of frustration, heartache, and, let's be honest, confusion.

How do we make new friends as adults when life feels so busy? How do we deepen the friendships we already have? And what do we do when friendships start to shift, fade, or no longer feel aligned?

At this Good Talk, we're diving into the messy, beautiful, essential world of friendship—why it matters, how it impacts our well-being, and what we can do to cultivate stronger, more meaningful connections.

Join us as we explore questions like:

  • What actually makes a friendship last?
  • How do we maintain friendships when life keeps pulling us in different directions?
  • What happens when a friendship no longer fits—and how do we navigate that with care?
  • How do friendships shape how we show up in our communities, workplaces, and families?

We've heard from so many of you that friendship is something you've been thinking about—so, we're making space for it. Whether you're looking to strengthen your current friendships, make new ones, or simply reflect on what friendship means to you, this Good Talk is for you.

Come ready for great conversation, new perspectives, and, as always, a space to connect. We can't wait to see you there.
