Join us for an immersive experience to cook up an authentic Middle Eastern feast, led by a local home cook, sharing her culture with you!
Welcome to A Taste of the Middle East Culinary Experience! Get ready to indulge in the rich flavors and spices of Middle Eastern cuisine. Join Instructor Asma, as she shares her Lebanese and Syrian heritage with us through food.
Create mouthwatering, authentic dishes from scratch as you embark on a culinary journey like no other. Working with small groups, you will make the dishes from our menu, contributing to a large Middle Eastern Feast to be enjoyed family style by everyone at the end of the evening at a sit down dinner. - 3.5 hour event where you & your guest will participate in hands on cooking guided by your instructor

What to expect:
Every session is uniquely curated with the various instructors, and therefore will always be a little bit different. You can be sure that every session will include hands on cooking instruction, eating and connecting with others- all of the ingredients for a good time! Check out our menu for the class below. We always have special *surprise* add-on's from the instructor, so don't miss out on trying all of our great menu items and more!
SIYEG is more than a cooking class; it’s community building, empowering local talent, and of course.... amazing food!
Allergens in this class: gluten (bread), dairy, eggs, sesame (tahini), walnuts, pine nuts, meat products (beef & chicken). Although we can make some accomodations depending on the menu, we cannot always facilitate this, and are not working in a gluten free/safe kitchen.
