An Oak Tree is an astonishing tour de force about art, loss and the power of suggestion.

A man loses his daughter to a car.

The driver is a stage hypnotist.

These two men meet when the father volunteers for the Hypnotist's act.

The actor playing the father is replaced at each performance. They have never read the play until they're onstage and in it.
