Celebrate Winter in Edmonton! Live the Legend! Come celebrate your inner traveler with light, music, legends and dance!
The Flying Canoe Festival is a creative and interactive cultural celebration designed to engage local history and all that is awesome in a long winter night.
Inspired by the legend of the flying canoe and French-Canadian traditions,
First Nations and Métis people, the Flying Canoë Volant festival embraces
Edmonton's beautiful Mill Creek Ravine and Edmonton's Francophone Quarter.
With a warm welcome from the Edmonton community, the celebration also hosts school programs and all sorts of activations to further spread the joy, spirit and education of the legend.
