Individual Guest Management Services is a resident-created system designed to help individuals in supportive housing manage guests effectively. It promotes collaboration between residents and the operating program to address safety issues related to guests. In this presentation, Tara Sobey, Senior Manager of Balwin will share how the program encourages self-accountability and empowers residents to improve their guest management skills in a respectful and supportive manner.
