The George Spady Society provides support services for individuals with substance-related and concurrent disorders and homelessness, aiming to empower them to improve their lives through evidence-based practices. In an upcoming session led by Lyndsay Aiton, Housing First Manager, they will explore how agency-wide trend tracking informs interventions, focusing on the Housing Supports team's use of a Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) process.
