The Friends of Royal Alberta Museum Society (FRAMS) is excited to feature Luciana Erregue-Sachi and Mila Bongco-Philipzig for our next Dining with Authors event. Mila will share highlights and insights from the book Beyond the Food Court: an Anthology of Literary Cuisines, edited by Luciana.

This collection of 14 creative non-fiction essays delve in the subtleties, diversity and individuality of ethnic cuisines beyond the uniform, kitschy offering at a typical mall food court. Complementing our conversation will be a specially curated dinner from chef Earl Briones at Filistix Downtown.
