Love reading? Love to talk about books you've read? Come join us for lively discussions on all types of fiction and non-fiction. We'll feature different titles and authors each month. Come and share your impressions, thoughts and interpretations of our book selections.
This month we will be reading We Have Always Been Here by Samra Habib.
A memoir of Muslim lesbian Samra Habib who grew up in Pakistan and came to Canada as a refugee. In Canada, she faced new challenges including bullies, racism, the threat of poverty, and an arranged marriage.
